Return Policy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Before You Begin  
1. The return must be unwashed and unworn; free of any stains, odors, or marks.
2. Damaged, stolen, or lost item(s)? Read below. 
3. Item(s) on sale or purchased with a discount? Read below. 
4. Final sale/Biggest Markdown of the Year items cannot
be returned or exchanged.
No exceptions. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (free of any stains, odors, or marks), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, send us a message via the via the contact us form.  Once your return is accepted, you can return the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged. All refunds will be for the price of the returned item(s) and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.
If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order), you will be reimbursed for the purchase, including shipping fees.

Sale Items

Return items purchased on sale or purchased with a discount of any kind can only be exchanged for store credit. Once the return request has been approved and the return package is received by Shop Lana Grace, the customer will be emailed an exact amount of store credit. If you have not received an email by us within 1-2 business days of your package being delivered, please reach out to us via the contact us form. 

Damage, Stolen, or Lost

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Shop Lana Grace is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered.
We do not offer exchanges. If an exchange is needed, we ask that the item(s) be treated like a return and a new order be placed.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How do I send my item(s) back? 
To ship products back, our bags and boxes can be reused for the return process. You do not have to buy an additional bag or box, unless the customer damaged the bag/box upon arrival. 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
